THE MAGNETIC METHOD™
WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. WHOLESALE PRICING

  • Wholesale prices are set at 50% of the Recommended Retail Price (RRP)

  • Current wholesale price: $29.50 AUD per unit (RRP $59.00 AUD)

  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice

  • All prices are in AUD and include GST 

2. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES

  • Opening Order: 10 units minimum

  • Reorder: 4 units minimum

  • Mixed colourways accepted to meet minimums

3. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Payment due before shipping

  • Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer (preferred), credit card

  • Overdue accounts will incur a 2% monthly interest charge

  • Orders will not be processed for accounts with outstanding balances

4. ORDERING & LEAD TIMES

  • Orders can be placed via email to kate@themagneticmethod.com

  • Order confirmation will be provided within 24 hours

  • Standard lead time: 3-5 business days from order confirmation (Australia-wide)

  • Rush orders may be accommodated subject to availability (additional fees may apply)

5. SHIPPING

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the retailer purchasing the journals

  • Standard shipping via Australia Post or courier

  • Shipping quote provided with order confirmation

  • We ship Australia-wide only at this time

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Defective products: Full refund or replacement within 14 days of receipt (with photographic evidence)

  • Damaged in transit: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos

  • Change of mind: Not accepted due to custom production nature

  • Incorrect orders (our error): We will cover return shipping and send correct items

7. RETAIL PRICING

  • Retailers must sell at or above the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of $59.00 AUD

  • Discounting below RRP requires prior written approval from The Magnetic Method™

  • This protects brand positioning and ensures fair competition among stockists

8. MARKETING & BRAND USE

  • Retailers may use provided product images for marketing purposes

  • The Magnetic Method logo and branding may be used to identify stockist relationship

  • Retailers may not alter, modify, or misrepresent the product or brand

  • We may feature stockists on our channels (social media and website) 

9. PRODUCT SUPPORT

  • High-resolution images and product information are available on request

  • We are able to handle customer service inquiries that come directly to us

  • Retailers are responsible for customer service at point of sale

10. TERM & TERMINATION

  • These terms remain in effect for all orders unless modified in writing

  • Either party may terminate the wholesale relationship with 30 days' written notice

  • Outstanding orders and payments must be fulfilled regardless of termination

  • Upon termination, retailer must cease use of The Magnetic Method™ branding and imagery if requested

11. LIABILITY

  • The Magnetic Method™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged products after delivery

  • Our liability is limited to the wholesale value of the products purchased

  • Retailers are responsible for their own insurance and customer transactions

12. MODIFICATIONS

  • The Magnetic Method™ reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days' written notice

  • Continued ordering after notification of changes constitutes acceptance
