Shipping Policy

Here's everything you need to know about getting your journal safely into your hands.

Processing Your Order

We process orders within 1–2 business days of purchase. This means your journal is carefully packaged and handed over to our shipping carrier within that timeframe.

Once your order leaves us, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.

Delivery Times

Australia: 3–7 business days
New Zealand: 7–14 business days
International (UK, USA, other locations): 10–20 business days

These are estimates based on standard carrier timeframes. Actual delivery may vary due to things outside our control - carrier delays, public holidays, customs processing, or the occasional postal system hiccup.

If your order is taking longer than expected, check your tracking first. If something seems off, reach out and we'll help.

Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping
Orders over $75 AUD ship free anywhere in Australia.

Orders Under $75 AUD (Australia)
A flat-rate shipping fee of $10 applies, calculated at checkout. Express shipping is also available if you need your journal sooner.

International Shipping
Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships. Keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case).

If you can't find your tracking email or have questions about your shipment, email us at kate@themagneticmethod.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your journal leaves our hands, we're relying on the carrier to get it to you safely. Most of the time, everything goes smoothly. Occasionally, things take longer than expected or get stuck somewhere in the system.

If your order is delayed:
Check your tracking information first to see where it's at. If it's been longer than the estimated delivery window and tracking hasn't updated, contact us.

If your order appears lost:
Email us at kate@themagneticmethod.com with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to track it down or arrange a replacement if necessary.

We'll do everything we can to make sure you get your journal.

International Orders

Customs and Duties
For international orders, you may be charged customs fees, import duties, or taxes by your country. These are determined by your local customs office and aren't included in your order total.

We have no control over these charges, but they're typically communicated to you by the carrier before delivery.

International Tracking
International tracking can sometimes be less detailed than domestic tracking, especially once your package enters your country's postal system. If you have concerns, reach out and we'll help however we can.

Incorrect or Missing Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you realise there's an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at kate@themagneticmethod.com.

We'll do our best to update the address if your order hasn't shipped yet. Once it's been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes, and you may be responsible for any redelivery fees.
